Rates
All prices are excl. Danish VAT.

Payment
The price is a lump sum that covers the licensed program, with the purchased number of licenses to computer- and device agents, as available at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, the price is a periodic payment that covers the right to use a number of licenses during the subscription period. See also Guarantee and details of licensing conditions for the program.

Form of Payment
Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer to Jyske Bank, reg. nr. 5035, account no. 12 58 236 (please include order- or invoice no.)

All costs of payment are borne by the customer.

Delivery
Licenses are per default delivered by e-mail. This is to save shipping costs and to ensure prompt delivery.

Free Licenses
You download the program from our website. Demo and evaluation licenses can be ordered for free on our webshop.

Rights
There are rights under Danish consumer law for distance sales, as it should be noted that there are special rules for sales of software licenses, see below.

Software Licenses
IXP Datas software are sold on shareware basis, ie. software can be downloaded and tested free of charge before any order / purchase.

You are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to make sure that the software works in your enviroment and also meet your needs and expectations.

Once the licenses keys that act as electronic sealing of the shareware program, are sent to you by e-mail, disclosed to you by phone, the purchased can not be undone.

Supplementary Services
For additional services such as consultancy, the purchase of the service can be undone within 14 days
– except when the use / delivery of the service is already started.

Guarantee
IXP Data can not guarantee that the software is without errors, that it works properly in every hardware and software
configuration, or that it also lives up to certain expectations. IXP Data can not undertake to cover any losses or expenses,
a user might have as a result of errors in the software.

Please be aware that changes in hardware or software configuration on your computer may lead to that the software no
longer works properly. You should always have backups of your data in order to minimize any loss of data.

Support / Hotline
Support / Hotline or any other form of assistance are not included in the software price.
You have the option of various acquisition support services for start-up help, hotline, training, consultancy, etc. from IXP Data or our partners.

Reference
IXP Data may use the customer as a reference. This includes as follows:
• IXP Data may publish cooperation with the customer.
Could be via newsletter, websites, ads and printed press / electronic media.
• Host for reference visits, by prior arrangement.

Privacy Policy
When you register the software and / or purchase via our website, you must provide some personal information:
name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
Personal information registered with IXP Data are not stored more than 12 months after user.

The personal information is recorded for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. complaints, ensuring compliance with our copyrights, sending out newsletters with supplementary product information, and for the sake of our accounts.
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of the storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

The information is not disclosed to third parties.

As registered with IXP Data, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to gain insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Regulation and in connection with the registered information, directly to IXP Data via e-mail: info@ixpdata.dk. You can always unsubscribe from newsletters at info@ixpdata.dk if you no longer wish to receive them.

Privacy
Material to and from the customer’s electronic mailbox is personal and confidential. IXP Data are not entitled to read or otherwise disclose any information to third parties about activities related to the client, unless required by the authorities or courts with a valid legal basis.

Intellectual Property Rights
IXP Data retains all rights to the software, know-how, inventions, innovations and the like that are developed or used by IXP data related to the agreed deliverables

Disclaimers
We take reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out products and force majeure, including labor and defects in or delays of deliveries from suppliers.

Application law and jurisdiction
IXP Data is a Danish company, physically located in Denmark and therefore subject to Danish law.
